About the position

DBN000086 – LEASE ADMINISTRATOR – DBN WEST


Purpose of the Job:
To establish and maintain effective support services for the property management functions, primarily the administration of the Agreement of Lease.
 
Required Qualifications:

  • Secretarial or PRO Diploma or similar
  • 3 years relevant experience, interacting directly with customers and offering general administrative assistance.
  • Knowledge of general business and property management, house regulations, building-specific service contractors, and insurance policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract creation process
  • Ensure that renewal process on lease is started six months prior to the expiry of the set lease agreement and is completed timeously.
  • Typing of all cover letters to the lease agreements.
  • Ensure that tenant files are neat, clearly marked and all relevant correspondence and documents are filed daily.
  • Assists with annual rates adjustments and turnover rental calculations.
  • Liaison with relevant internal staff regarding tenant queries.
