Job Spec - Learning Experience Graphic Designer

1. Role Purpose
The Learning Experience (LX) Graphic Designer creates visually compelling, brand-aligned learning assets that strengthen comprehension and performance aligned to EBU SA training Programmes.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Visual & Instructional Design
- Motion graphic production (30-120 sec)
- Apply learning science principles
- Collaboration with SMEs & L&D teams
- Accessibility & brand compliance
- Asset management & version control
3. Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic, Multimedia, Communication or Digital Design
- Advantage: Exposure to Instructional Design or Adult Learning
4. Experience
- 3-5+ years design experience in L&D, corporate, agency or edtech
- Portfolio demonstrating learning visuals, motion graphics & infographics
5. Technical Skills
- Adobe Creative Design (Ai, Ps, Ae, Pr, Id)
- Articulate 360, Vyond, Captivate
- Canva (rapid production)
- Strong visual hierarchy, typography, layout & colour theory
6. Behavioural Competencies
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong storytelling & simplification skills
- Collaborative, resilient & customer-centric
7. Key Deliverables
- A branded company version
- Visual systems & templates
- Motion explainers
