About the position
Key Responsibilities:
Align training programs with the Bank strategic goals
Conduct training needs analysis and implement leadership development programs
Promote knowledge sharing and learning culture
Develop and manage annual training calendars and budgets
Monitor and report on training effectiveness and ROI
Engage with accreditation bodies, DFIs, and key stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
?? Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Social Sciences
?? Experience: 8+ years in Learning & Development or Human Capital within a medium to large organization
?? Strong knowledge of HR legislation, SAP, and HRIS systems
?? Project management and financial sector experience (advantageous)
?? Passion for talent development and organizational excellence
