The organisation is CATHSSETA-accredited and we have programmes approved with Services SETA, FASSET and ETDPSETA. ProServ South Africa (Hospitality Professionals S.A. (Pty) Ltd) is and ISOE, has ISO 9001:2008 certification and is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Umalusi. We have been rated BBBEE level 2 providers.
ProServ South Africa has been involved in skills development in South Africa since 1998. We have always been a provider with specific focus on the Tourism and Hospitality sector, due to the fact that the roots of the 2 founders come from this industry. We were one of the first training providers accredited by CATHSSETA and are currently the largest provider in the sector with a national footprint. Over the past years we have gained valuable experience in the industry and build a large network of private and public clients in the Tourism and Hospitality sector, ranging from small SMMEs in Limpopo, Free State and the Western Cape to large international hotel operations like Hyatt and Rezidor and public sector clients like Tourism Enterprise Partnership, TGCSA, South African Tourism and the National Department of Tourism.
In January 2013 ProServ South Africa joined EOH, a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) listed organisation. You gain a qualified and experienced contractor when partnering with EOH.
