About the position

Are you a recent graduate passionate about finance and ready to kick-start your career?
my client invites young, unemployed South African graduates (ages 18-35) to apply for their Learner: Financial Accounting & Reporting programme within the People and Culture Division - Talent Management, Learning & Development Unit.

Purpose of the Programme

This structured 24-month graduate learnership offers hands-on work experience, skills development, and learning opportunities in your field of study - setting the foundation for a thriving career in financial accounting and reporting.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

A minimum 3-year tertiary qualification in:

  • Finance (Financial Management / Cost & Management Accounting)
  • Business Management
  • Mathematical Statistics / Data Science
  • Agricultural Economics

Applicants must:

  • Be unemployed graduates with no prior work experience
  • Be South African citizens
  • Demonstrate a strong passion to contribute to the agricultural sector
