What You'll Be Doing
- Leading end-to-end process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce defects, and drive efficiency
- Conducting process mapping and reengineering to identify opportunities and design streamlined, future-fit solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement change and ensure successful adoption
- Strengthening process controls to embed quality at every stage
- Partnering directly with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored transformation strategies
- Mentoring and guiding project teams on Lean Six Sigma principles and best practices
- Applying insurance or financial services industry knowledge to deliver commercially relevant recommendations
What You'll Need
Qualifications
- NQF Level 7 or above — essential
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification — essential
- Black Belt certification — highly advantageous
Experience & Skills
- 4 – 6 years' experience in a similar process improvement or transformation role
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven track record of driving client-facing transformation initiatives
- Industry background in insurance or financial services — highly desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment
