About the position
Our client in the financial sector is requiring the services of a Lean Portfolio Management Support consultant for a 6 month contract.
The role is hybrid (2 days in office) in Johannesburg.
Successful candidates must have solid experience in below:
- Establish a Lean Portfolio Office
- Facilitate an iterative planning process
- Develop and facilitate execution framework and ensure common understanding to improve execution & delivery
- Lend Business case services
- Reporting Services
- Resource management where applicable
- Transformation management to get organization to embrace a common theme
- Change Management services
- Promote a culture of end to end delivery and accountability with delivery leads
- Ability to translate strategy into a portfolio of work and ultimately execution ito facilitation
- Manage and facilitate a process to manage resource and budgetary constraints
Type of person
- Senior level experience preferably in financial services
- Ability to translate strategy and execution ito frameworks and best practice to ensure high level of confidence wrt success
- Experienced in running and or establishing a portfolio office
- Certification would be advatangous (SAFe Lean Portfolio Management)
