Lead Salesforce Developer

About the position

Seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a fast-paced banking environment. The role involves technical leadership, hands-on development, integration and delivery, team collaboration, and ownership of the Salesforce development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 7 years' industry experience
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience within Salesforce environments
• Strong expertise in Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration, coding, and security best practices
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning
• Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD practices, and branching/merging strategies
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience within banking or financial services environments advantageous
• Experience with OmniStudio and MuleSoft advantageous
• Strong systems and integration design experience
• Salesforce Certifications required:
  - Salesforce Platform Developer I
  - Salesforce Platform App Builder
  - Salesforce Administrator
  - Minimum 1 Salesforce Architect Certification
