About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Performance Marketing Professional with 6 to 7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on driving measurable business growth through performance-oriented campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing performance  marketing strategies across various digital channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn.
You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize paid media strategies that deliver maximum ROI. Your analytical mindset, combined with creative problem-solving skills, will drive the success of digital marketing initiatives and elevate the brand’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
 
Performance Campaign Management:

  • Lead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance marketing campaigns (paid search, social media, display ads, retargeting, affiliate marketing, etc.) across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Oversee and ensure continuous optimization of digital media campaigns to maximize cost-effectiveness and deliver targeted KPIs (e.g., customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend).
  • Drive new customer acquisition strategies and re-engagement of lapsed customers, ensuring campaign performance exceeds expectations.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage a team of performance marketers, guiding them through campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, product, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, ensuring their professional development and keeping them aligned with best practices in digital marketing.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Lead in-depth analysis of campaign performance using tools such as Google Dashboard, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel to extract actionable insights.
  • Regularly report on campaign results to senior leadership, highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies for optimized performance.

Budget Management & Forecasting:

  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across channels based on performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for budget allocation, planning, and forecasting to achieve business goals.

Growth Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive business growth across acquisition, retention, and brand visibility.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale campaigns and enter new markets or segments based on data-driven insights.


Qualification & Skill Requirements:
Education:

Preferred Master Degree holder, MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, ideally within education sector.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Strong background in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a team and delivering measurable results.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and apply them to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex performance data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google Spredsheet (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

  • Experience of 5-8 years of experience in performance marketing across Linkedin, facebook & Google ; preferably in Ed-tech industry.
  • Managed revenue deliverable portfolio, ideally with high budget management experience
