Lead Strategic Finance Operations Across Europe, Middle East & Africa
Join a dynamic global technology company as a key player in their EMEA Finance Operations team. This pivotal role combines local market expertise with regional collaboration, driving operational excellence while supporting strategic business initiatives across diverse markets.
What You'll Accomplish
Take complete ownership of the end-to-end record-to-report process, ensuring accurate and timely month-end closes while delivering insightful analysis on key business trends. You'll collaborate closely with local Financial Controllers on budgeting, forecasting, and statutory accounts, maintaining compliance with local GAAP and robust internal controls.
As a regional finance leader, you'll spearhead audits, manage comprehensive balance sheet reviews, and champion process improvements that enhance operational efficiency. Your strategic mindset will support critical business decisions while you mentor colleagues and build influential relationships across the organization.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified CA(SA) with proven experience managing complex R2R processes and statutory reporting requirements
- Comfortable working across regional teams, navigating local regulations, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities with unwavering focus on compliance and genuine passion for continuous process improvement
- Experience leading audits, deep understanding of local GAAP requirements, and proven track record mentoring finance professionals
