Key Responsibilities
- Generate and activate sales leads across digital platforms
- Manage customer engagement through multiple communication channels
- Track and analyze lead performance
- Support sales closure processes
- Monitor customer satisfaction and experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Customer-facing certification or diploma preferred
- 2-3 years experience in call centre or digital engagement environments
Essential Skills
- Exceptional customer engagement capabilities
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Deadline-driven with precise attention to detail
- Transparent and honest communication
- Digital platform proficiency
Technical Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Working Arrangements
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Additional Saturday morning shifts: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
