PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION IS INITIALLY A 6 MONTH CONTRACT WITH A VIEW TO GOING PERMANENET An opportunity has become available for a Telemarketer/Lead Administrator within the Sales and Service Department of this Cash Managementment/Finance concern based in Cape Town Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to take on the dual role of Your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: ? Monitor and manage incoming leads generated through various platforms, Formal Education and Experience: ? Matric essential Skills and Competencies: ? Strong organizational and time management skills
Lead Administrator and Telemarketer. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary
point of contact for leads generated through various platforms, responsible for vetting,
contacting, and distributing leads to the formal sales team as applicable.
Additionally, you will engage in outbound telemarketing efforts to promote our
products and secure new business opportunities.
including but not limited to website inquiries, social media channels, and
marketing campaigns.
? Vet leads to ensure their validity and relevance to our Capital product criteria,
conducting preliminary research where necessary to gather additional
information.
? Initiate contact with leads via email, phone calls, or other communication
channels to gauge interest and qualify potential opportunities.
? Document lead interactions and update lead status on Dynamics, maintaining
accurate and up-to-date records for effective tracking and follow-up.
? Collaborate with the formal sales team to distribute qualified leads, providing
relevant background information and insights to facilitate effective
engagement.
? Maintain the lead distribution strategies to ensure equitable allocation of leads
among the formal sales team.
? Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to proactively reach out to
potential retail business clients, introducing our product and its benefits.
? Continuously update and refine the marketing database with new leads and
relevant information obtained through ongoing lead generation and
telemarketing activities.
? Articulate the features and advantages of our product in a compelling
manner, addressing customer inquiries and objections to drive interest and
engagement.
? Additional qualifications in sales or marketing are advantageous. .
? Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within
the financial services industry or related field.
? Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools, with the ability to
navigate and utilize these systems proficiently.
? Attention to detail.
? Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers
effectively and build rapport over the phone and through written
communication
