Lead Generator

About the position

Our Agency is growing and as such we are looking at employing a lead generator/recruitment consultant to start soonest with us.
Job Description:

• Call on existing clients
• Call on new business clients
• Generate Leads via cold calling and prospecting 
• Evaluate leads and confirm if the position is indeed from the company advertising the position. 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Own transport 
• Laptop
• Internet 
• Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English written and verbal
• Can work under minimum supervision but, as part of a team
• Willing to put the time and effort in to get results and reach targets.

Compensation:

• Basic Salary to be discussed 
• Commission structure to be allocated to the right candidate.

Important Information:

• We will be training you as you go ahead on how to become a recruitment specialist and take on additional tasks.
