Are you ready to take the helm in revolutionizing leads generation for one of the leading names in the industry?
The Group is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Lead Generation Specialist to play a pivotal role in our advertising and brand success story.
Your Role:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining our leads generation system under the guidance of our Manager: Advertising and Brand.
Your mission?
To optimize lead generation for both internal and external call centers while executing top-notch analysis and implementation of our advertising strategies.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement The Group's Leads Generation advertising strategy with flair and finesse.
- Coordinate activities for formulating and executing lead generation strategies aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Oversee Leads Generation department accounts and invoices, ensuring seamless budget tracking and reporting alongside our Office Administrator.
- Dive into research to unearth and test new lead generation channels and platforms that keep us ahead of the curve.
- Craft and refine messaging across various platforms, ensuring our lead quality hits the stratosphere.
- Collaborate closely with call centre Managers to devise killer dialer strategies for leads that convert.
- Regularly assess lead generation reports to fine-tune our advertising strategies for maximum impact.
- Administer data in strict compliance with the PoPI Act and DMASA requirements, ensuring our practices are ethical and impeccable.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in leads generation within advertising or call centre environments that sets you apart.
- 4 years' experience in data and leads generation analysis that showcases your analytical prowess.
- Budget management skills that keep our operations running smoothly.
