About the position

We are looking for motivated and target-driven individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Agents for a Gas & Electric campaign. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 6 months experience in lead generation, telesales, or call centre environment
  • Utilities (Gas & Electric) experience ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers via outbound calls
  • Introduce and promote Gas & Electric products and services
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads effectively
  • Capture accurate customer information and maintain records
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
  • Maintain a professional and positive approach at all times
