About the position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Data Governance, Infrastructure Architecture, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in object-oriented analysis and design, the full SDLC, and business process re-engineering to deliver impactful solutions aligned with organizational goals.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can assess complex systems, recommend scalable solutions, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive functional and feasibility analyses to identify business needs and propose optimized solutions.
- Utilize SDLC methodologies to gather, document, and analyze requirements for existing systems and processes.
- Drive object-oriented analysis, design, and programming to support effective solution delivery.
- Deliver business process modelling (As-Is / To-Be) and lead business process re-engineering (BPR) efforts.
- Evaluate and document system interactions, user needs, and operational workflows.
- Provide support in change management and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Governance, Architecture, and Project Management units.
- Recommend improvements based on detailed data analysis, cost assessments, and feasibility studies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- A Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Information Systems) is advantageous.
Certifications (Preferred):
- BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Six Sigma or Lean Management
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar business analysis certifications
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or business process management.
- Strong background in Data Governance and Management practices.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure and Enterprise Architecture.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficient in business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Bizagi, ARIS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Deep understanding of IT capabilities and system limitations.
- Ability to produce well-reasoned, actionable recommendations for business and technical audiences.
