Step into a senior leadership role within a dynamic engineering environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable Identity Management and API-driven solutions. You will play a key role in shaping technical architecture, driving best practices, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic projects.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to system enhancements, maintain high standards of software quality, and ensure alignment with broader business and technology strategies. This role offers an opportunity to influence system design, mentor developers, and work with modern technologies in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
  • Design and deliver scalable API and Identity Management solutions
  • Lead the architecture and implementation of strategic projects
  • Ensure adherence to best practice development standards and testing methodologies
  • Maintain and enhance existing systems while driving innovation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business objectives
  • Drive knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous improvement within the team

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in IT or related field
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 6–8 years’ relevant development experience
    • Proven experience in a senior or lead development role
    • Experience delivering enterprise-level, high-performance systems

  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
    • Proven ability to build scalable and high-performance REST APIs
    • Experience with Identity Management solutions
    • Strong database design and SQL development (queries, stored procedures, views)
    • Experience with Entity Framework (EF6 / EF Core)
    • Exposure to microservices or service-oriented architecture
    • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern development practices

  • Advantageous:

    • Azure DevOps, cloud technologies (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB)
    • API tools such as Postman and Swagger
    • Messaging technologies (e.g. RabbitMQ, SignalR)
    • Clean coding principles (SOLID, TDD, DDD)

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under pressure
    • Strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance
