Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Compose
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
• Integrate applications with external data sources, APIs, and services
• Ensure applications are stable, scalable, and high-performing
• Drive continuous improvement by adopting new technologies and best practices
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver a high-quality user experience

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong experience delivering production-ready mobile applications


• Technical Skills:


• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android development
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Solid understanding of mobile app design principles and user experience
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Version control experience (Git)


• Additional Requirements:


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
