What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading the laundry team alongside the Laundry Manager
- Ensuring prompt and top-quality processing of hotel linen, staff uniforms, and guest laundry
- Coordinating laundry admin, scheduling, and team rosters
- Enforcing laundry SOPs to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations while driving continuous improvement
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’ve got Matric/Grade 11 and willingness to complete Matric and at least 2 years’ solid experience in a similar supervisory role at a busy, upmarket hotel
- You know your way around commercial laundry equipment and tech
- You're tech-comfortable – experience with MS 365 is a plus
- You're flexible with shifts and can keep a cool head under pressure
