About the Role

The Specialist: Landlord Relationships will be responsible for managing the end-to-end landlord relationship lifecycle - from lease renewals and cessions to dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement. You'll ensure sites remain operational, contracts are compliant, and cost efficiencies are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with landlords across assigned regions.
• Manage lease renewals, cessions, and negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with policies.
• Drive rental cost reduction initiatives and monitor lease expiries proactively.
• Resolve landlord disputes to ensure site access and business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and property teams to support upgrades and site activities.
• Track and report on lease status, costs, and performance metrics.
• Support property-related projects and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

• A 3-year qualification or diploma in Property, Town Planning, Law, or Built Environment (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years' experience in property, leasing, or estates management - telecoms experience is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of contract law, lease management, and property legislation.
• Ability to read maps, manage multiple projects, and maintain detailed reporting.
