Intern - Labour Law / Industrial Relations 
Exiting opportunity for an LLB graduate who would like to persue a career in Industrial Relations. No experience required, just an eagerness to persue a career in Industrial Relations. LLB  Degree is essential!
The Internship with be a 1 year program and thereafter you will move into a Junior Labour Relations Specialist role.

Position: Labour Relations Intern ( full time permanent role)
Location: Montana, Pretoria

You will get exposure to:

• Union Negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to labour relations.
• Assist in resolving disputes and grievances in accordance with legal guidelines.
• Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a harmonious work environment.

Requirements:

• LLB Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Proximity to Montana, Pretoria is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Very detail orientated.
• Passion for labour relations and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
