About the position
This role forms an integral part of the organization in terms of the efficient operation and development and growth strategies. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Overview: Performs laboratory tests and analyses to support pharmaceutical research and development, ensuring product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Collect and analyze biological and chemical samples.
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or clinical laboratory setting.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
- Proficiency in laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
