About the position
A leading medical supplier requires a Kit Co-Ordinator for their KZN & Free State region. This role is based in Midrand.
Management of Kit inventory for the Vascular Division within the KZN & Bloemfontein Branch
Dispatch of kits to various health care facilities
Liaise with warehouses to ensure kits are fully stocked with required inventory
Reconciliation of usage from kit stock
Liaise with both Sales Consultants & Healthcare facilities to ensure orders are obtained for inventory used
Monitor and remove expired inventory from kits
Update and maintain missing inventory records
Update and maintain kit movement records
Monthly progress reports to management on missing inventory
Ad-Hoc duties as and when required
Qualifications
Grade 12 (Matric) is a minimum requirement
Qualifications in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will be a definite advantage
Experience Required
Experience in medical Kit Inventory or medical loan sets is essential
Experience in Inventory Management, Control and Procedures in the Medical Device Industry is required
Experience in ERP would be an advantage
Analytical skills and management experience
Skilled in Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel is a requirement
Analytical thinker
Fully Bilingual in both English & Afrikaans, verbal and written communication
