About the position

A Leading company, a specialist in Ingredients & Solutions for the wheat, flour and bread sector, requires the services of a Dynamic Sales Executive with previous knowledge within the bakery industry to join their Dynamic Team.

Requirements:

• Matric 
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
• Considerable  flour/bakery ingredients  product sales experience
• Knowledge of bread Improvers and premixes for the bakeries ingredients.
• Bread premixes , roll premixes ,speciality breads and confectionery 

• Proven experience in key account management.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications .
• The ability to build rapport with key clients.
• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of sales and pricing
• Outstanding proficiency with MS Office software applications
• Strong familiarity with  health and safety codes
• Exceptional salesmanship and persuasive skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and close new sales.
• Sound negotiation and presentation abilities
• Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
• Coordinate market research, pricing and sales and merchandising activities.
• Participate in regular status and strategy meetings with customers' senior management to understand and meet their needs.
