About the position
We are hiring a Key Accounts Manager with a focus on Casinos to build and nurture relationships with our casino clients. This role requires strategic thinking to drive revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Accounts Manager - Casinos
Reporting To: Managing DirectorSeniority Level: Mid Career (4 - 6 yrs exp)Type: Permanent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all our casino customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand customers' operations and provide tailored casino solutions.
- Act as the liaison between our casino customers and the internal team to address any operational issues.
- Coordinate technical-related issues with our technical support team for resolution.
- Support customers in understanding the technical aspects of the EGMs, ensuring they can operate the EGM’s effectively.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through game performance management and upgrades.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand the company's footprint within performing casino operations.
- Collaborate with Aristocrat to ensure customers are informed of new product offerings.
- Oversee EGM installations ensuring minimal disruption to the customer’s operations.
- Manage lease agreement contract renewals and negotiations aligning customer needs with company profitability.
- Provide regular feedback to the Managing Team on customer needs, industry trends, and escalations to Aristocrat.
