Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related
• 3-5 years of experience within the courier/logistics industry
• Must have experience in key account management within the public sector
• Must have stable and successful track record selling in the courier/logistics industry
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have a proven track record of meeting targets consistently
• Must have experience in developing new business
• Must have a clear credit and criminal record

Responsibilities:

• Focus on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business.
• Manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided
• Maintaining sales and service levels
• Implementing all sales and marketing strategies
• Meeting clients
• Conducting logistics management software training to new and existing customers when required
• Attending to customers enquiries and resolving all issues professionally
• Compiling quotations
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers
• Reaching set monthly targets
