About the position

This role forms an integral part of the organization in terms of the efficient operation and development and growth strategies.  This position requires a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Overview: Manages relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor account performance and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
