About the position
The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in fostering strong, Dealer-focused relationships within the logistics industry (but not limited to). This position involves overseeing and expanding strategic Dealer partnerships through proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and a deep understanding of Dealer and Dealer Network needs. The role encompasses onboarding, project rollout, and ensuring overall satisfaction and retention of clients and dealer networks, contributing to a customer- and dealer-centric environment internally at company and externally with our partners
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as the main contact for assigned dealerships, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Manage the entire process from onboarding new dealerships to delivering solutions and ensuring they're satisfied and retained.
- Coordinate the onboarding, rollout, and final delivery of projects smoothly.
- Work with internal teams (sales, operations, IT, marketing, finance) to meet client needs and deadlines.
- Regularly engage with dealerships to understand their challenges and find ways to improve their experience.
- Provide advice and insights to dealers based on market trends and company knowledge.
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and share recommendations with stakeholders.
- Stay updated on logistics and supply chain technology to support dealers better.
- Be a trusted advisor and advocate for the dealerships within the company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications / Background / Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and execute successful project rollouts within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sector.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with onboarding and delivery coordination.
- Tech-savvy, able to understand and explain logistics technology platforms and tools.
- Experience recognising and solving customer pain points and improving experience across the account lifecycle.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Commercially aware with a marketing mindset focused on delivering business value.
- Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and experience design.
- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Background in logistics technology implementations or customer success in SaaS/logistics platforms.
