The Role: Key Account Manager
This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery excellence across the relocation lifecycle. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, the Key Account Manager translates client requirements into actionable strategies, drives retention, and uncovers new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across Africa and the Middle East
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify and convert client needs into business opportunities
- Prepare and manage quotations and pricing policies in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with Global Mobility Coordinators to resolve issues and deliver exceptional service
- Implement and monitor client-specific procedures and SLAs
- Produce accurate, client-ready reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new ideas to improve service efficiency and delivery standards
- Support special projects and additional tasks as delegated by management
About You
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in relocation or service industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
- Prior exposure to U.S.-based clients is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Advanced Excel and overall strong computer literacy
- Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented, flexible approach
- Service-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
