About the position

Purpose:
The Fibre Direct Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Fixed products, including Fibre and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA). The role involves actively engaging with potential customers in designated territories (areas of opportunities identified) to drive market penetration, increase customer adoption, and achieve sales growth targets. Recruitment is required from the region to ensure strong local representation and market understanding

Key Performance Indicators
Percentage of sales targets achieved (monthly/quarterly). Territory Coverage and Engagement:

  • Number of customer interactions per day/week in assigned areas.
  • Number of homes reached or engaged through door-to-door campaigns (MDU)
  • Daily - 40 Interactions with potential clients
  • Daily - 15 Leads to be obtained (Clear interest and customer information obtained to follow up)
  • Daily - 1 Completed and submitted application

Sales Performance:

  • Number of Fixed product sales (e.g., Fibre or FWA activations) achieved per day/week/month.
  • Ratio of leads generated to successful activations | Connections
  • Percentage of error-free applications submitted (Park Buckets Management)
  • Developing suitable solutions for the needs of our customers.
  • Achieve monthly Sales targets
  • Reporting weekly/monthly
