Junior Trainer

About the position

Coactivate is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has a professional manner and excellent people skills to fill the role of a Junior Trainer. The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of all communications terminology, technology, and organizational procedures.

Purpose of the role:

• To conduct training for all new and existing consultants

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Relevant training / facilitation qualifications
• 1 - 2 years of experience in hands-on Training delivery in a Call Centre
• Fluent in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in process / soft skills / up-skilling training
• Ability to operate under pressure
• Must be punctual and have good attendance
• Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
• Clear criminal record

The successful incumbent will be expected to perform duties, which will include:

• Classroom instruction
• On the job training and coaching
• Administration
• Reporting
