The Role: Junior Social Media Manager
As a Junior Social Media Manager, you'll be at the heart of the company's digital storytelling creating, managing, and sharing engaging content across multiple social platforms. You'll collaborate with consultants, clients, and the marketing team to craft compelling visuals and videos that reflect the company's mission, culture, and success stories. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative, motivated individual eager to grow in the digital marketing and social media space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design high-quality graphics, carousels, and infographics using Canva and Photoshop.
- Film, edit, and produce short-form videos and reels using CapCut, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Capture in-office content, including interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Write engaging captions that align with brand tone and audience interests.
- Assist in the setup, recording, and editing of in-house podcast sessions and highlight clips.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages across all platforms.
- Research trends, hashtags, and emerging content opportunities to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Track performance metrics and compile weekly engagement and growth reports.
About You
- 1 - 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (internship experience welcome).
- Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content trends.
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for design aesthetics.
- Confident, creative, and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Familiar with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer).
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Communications (preferred).
- Bonus: Basic photography, videography, or podcast/audio editing experience.
- Energetic, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about social storytelling.
