About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of between 2-5 people.
• They need to excel in communication and attention to detail.
• Be open to getting their hands dirty should it be required.
• Good at record keeping
• Be able to accept, understand and duplicate an instruction.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• At least Matric/Grade 12
• 3 years relevant supervisory/team leading experience
• Have a valid South African drivers licence and be able to drive a motor vehicle.
• Have a good comprehension of the English language (Read and write fluently).
• Show leadership.
• Positive attitude.

Desired Skills:

• Good recordkeeping
• Good communication skills

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years Building Project Management

Desired Qualification Level:

• Grade 12 / Matric
