Junior Sales Representative / Promoter

We’re looking for a vibrant Junior Sales Representative / Promoter to join our growing coffee brand. No prior experience is needed - just a great attitude, an outgoing personality, and the ability to confidently approach people and businesses.

You’ll be introducing our premium coffee beans to local offices, cafés, and businesses, doing in-person promotions and sampling events, and helping build brand awareness in and around town.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses and introduce them to our coffee beans.
• Promote and sell coffee products through face-to-face interactions.
• Conduct product sampling and activation events at offices, markets, or pop-up locations.
• Build excitement and educate potential customers about our coffee brand.
• Capture content for social media platforms while engaging customers, where appropriate.
• Collect feedback from clients and report on daily/weekly activity.
• Assist with basic admin tasks like order forms and follow-ups where needed.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and energy.

Requirements:

• No work experience required but previous sales experience advantageous.
• Experience with social media content generation.
• Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Presentable and comfortable engaging with people face-to-face.
• Driver’s License and own vehicle.
