Responsibilities

• Sales & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, seek new business opportunities, and ensure product awareness among clients, work to a target 
• Administration: Manage customer databases, pricing tiers, CRM updates, and product training documents.
• Market Awareness: Monitor competition, analyze sales trends, and provide insights to enhance product offerings.
• Stock & Orders: Oversee customer back orders, coordinate forecasting, and participate in quarterly stock takes.
• Debtors Support: Assist in collecting payments and ensuring account settlements.
