About the position

About the Role:

We are partnering with a well-established retail solutions company to recruit a Sales Executive to grow market share across corporate, franchise, and independent clients in the region. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a track record in retail sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business through cold calling, client visits, and relationship building across a designated client portfolio.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, including regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sell equipment, consumables, and value-added solutions to retail clients within set budgets.
• Negotiate pricing within approved guidelines.
• Manage small projects including client installations, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on sales activity, client engagement, and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience (B2B experience advantageous).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.
