What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it) You'll be the first point of contact for guests and agents - answering enquiries, sending quotes, and managing bookings through email, phone and the central reservation system. You'll process payments, issue invoices and handle changes or cancellations with calm efficiency. From food and beverage requests to coordinating with the finance team, you'll help ensure every guest experience starts off on the right foot. You'll keep things running smoothly while maintaining strong relationships with agents, guests and your team. Where you'll be doing it Our client is a boutique travel and hospitality brand that has reimagined outdoor experiences through luxury offerings. They're passionate about travel, nature, and authentic local experiences. Their team culture is young, dynamic and warm - perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy, collaborative environment. Their offices are based in Table View area, the office hours are 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday. There will be one weekend every 6 weekends that you'll need to available to check emails and attend to any matters. You will be given a day's leave for this. There will be one evening a week that you will have the "emergency" number that you will handle. What you'll need You'll bring a Matric qualification and at least 2 years previous experience in a reservations or hospitality client & administration focusing role, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You're confident with Microsoft Office and you've worked on a system such as NightsBridge. You have a polished, professional phone manner. Flexibility for occasional weekend and evening shifts is essential.
