About the position

Green Marble is urgently looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Consultant (must be able to speak Afrikaans fluently) to join our small dynamic team in Pretoria East.
We provide an ideal platform for you to fully unleash your potential, which may not have been achievable in your current environment.

This role will collaborate closely with the Director, who will offer on-the-job training and guidance. We aim to ensure maximum placements and output to our clients by sourcing quality candidates across all industries.

Min Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans fluently.
  • Must have strong Christian values. 
  • Relationship building must be high on your priority list. 
  • Min 1-year recruitment experience required (Training will also be provided).
  • People skills and above-average communication skills to approach candidates pro-actively.
  • Target-driven and hungry for money. 
  • Strong Sales Flair.
  • Team orientated - Fun-loving and a good sense of humour. 
  • High Attention to detail.

 Job Description:

  • Drafting of advertisements according to client specifications.
  • Searching for candidates on various search engines and matching them to the client's requirements.
  • Telephonic screening of candidates.
  • Generating candidate shortlist.
  • Candidate database and record management - Complete personal portfolios with missing information/details and retrieve all relevant candidate information and documentation.
  • Regretting candidates in a professional manner.
