Junior Recruitment Administrator

About the position

A company based in Benoni is looking to hire a Junior Recruitment Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis with possibility to go permanent 
 
Minimum Requirements:

• Must be available immediately 
• Matric 
• Reside in the East Rand 
• Excellent computer literacy skills
• Ability to converse with candidates telephonically
• Training will be given 
• Previous experience working within a recruitment related role advantageous 

Duties:

• Conducted initial interviews with candidates on behalf of consultants to assess suitability
• Performed thorough reference checks to verify candidate qualifications and work history
• Capture and update candidate data in the company’s recruitment database
• Maintain clear communication with consultants to address any updates regarding candidates
• Held virtual meetings with candidates via video call to facilitate screening processes
• Assisted consultants in sourcing and identifying suitable candidates for various roles
• Supported the recruitment team with general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required
