About the position

Coactivate is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Recruitment Team as a Junior Recruitment Administrator. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate that is target-driven, enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Purpose of the Role:
Supports the Recruitment Team with candidate sourcing, screening, interview co-ordination, document collection, compliance checks, and general administration. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • HR qualification or studying towards HR qualification would be advantageous
  • 6 months to 1 year of administrative or recruitment experience preferred
  • Call centre recruitment experience would be advantageous
  • Experience using job portals, email, Excel, or recruitment trackers would be beneficial
  • Clear criminal record
