As the first point of contact, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for students, visitors, and clients while providing administrative support to a dynamic and growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting students, clients, visitors, and customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • Managing the reception area to ensure it remains neat, organised, and presentable.

  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.

  • Taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt follow-up.

  • Maintaining filing systems, records, and internal databases.

  • Assisting with general administration, including scanning, copying, printing, and document preparation.

  • Receiving and distributing mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence.

  • Providing administrative support to management and training staff.

  • Monitoring office stationery and refreshment supplies.

  • Assisting with additional administrative duties as required.

What We're Looking For:
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential).

  • Previous reception or administration experience is advantageous but not essential.

  • Recent matriculants are encouraged to apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Microsoft Office applications.

  • Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

  • Professional presentation and telephone etiquette.

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and build a successful career.
