About the position
Our client within the commercial construction space is looking for a Junior QS to join the team. Education should include a completed national diploma in Quantity surveying or a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
Candidates should be proficient in QTO, CCS Candy, BuildSmart, and advanced Excel for cost tracking, reporting and project control. One should understand contracts agreements and tender compilations, assist in construction planning, contract admin and procurement and ensure compliance with QS policies and best practices are kept.
