About the position
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
Must be registered with the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors or with MBA as a member.
Must have 1-3 years of experience in commercial building Quantity Surveying
Must monitor financial and commercial aspects of contracts.
Must manage the commercial profitability of projects and alignment to the Financial Life Cycle of the business.
Must optimize contract administration and business risk.
Must have experience in customer or stakeholder management.
Must be able to travel to and from the site.
