About the position
The Junior Quality Assurance professional supports the quality management processes by performing routine testing and inspections to ensure products meet specified standards. This role assists in identifying defects and inconsistencies in products or processes and contributes to maintaining compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute test cases and document results according to established procedures.
- Inspect products and materials for adherence to quality specifications.
- Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in preparing audit documentation.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues.
- Support the continuous improvement of quality assurance procedures and documentation.
- Communicate findings clearly to senior quality assurance staff and relevant departments.
