About the position
Assist with or manage end-to-end delivery of software application projects.
Coordinate project schedules, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
Support governance, change control, and project reporting processes.
Engage directly with clients in a consulting capacity, including onsite visits.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Support the adoption and delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions (training provided).
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Project Management, IT, Business, or related field.
PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification.
2–3 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Project Administrator role.
Proven experience working on software application projects.
Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as part of a consulting role.
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Exposure to or basic knowledge of ServiceNow (not essential).
Consulting or client-facing project experience.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
