About the position

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for planning, organising, and managing project scope and phases in alignment with the project mandate.

Required Qualifications:

- Project Management certification.
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, with knowledge of development processes and technology methodologies.

Technical Competencies & Experience:

- Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ensure quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support account management activities and departmental projects.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices.

Behavioral Competencies:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); project management software experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-driven, accountable, and adaptable.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Professional team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
