Junior Project Manager

About the position

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Junior Project Manager to join a growing technology-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to support the successful delivery of software development projects
• Gather project information from technical teams and monitor project progress
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Encourage accountability and urgency where required to maintain project momentum
• Review and understand product and system specification documentation
• Assist with project administration, documentation, and reporting activities
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and project teams
• Support ad hoc project-related activities as required

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Previous exposure to technology or software development environments advantageous
• Bachelor's degree essential
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in technology and software products
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Gemini
