Junior Project Manager

About the position

We are seeking a proactive and organized Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate tasks and timelines under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate internal resources and with contractors for execution of projects.
• Track project performance.
• Prepare project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support project team members and stakeholders with relevant information and updates.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Help ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Qualifications
