Purpose of the Role
Junior Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of smaller projects or specific project components under the guidance of senior project management staff. The role ensures that projects are executed according to defined timelines, quality standards, and governance processes, contributing to the successful achievement of organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of smaller projects or specific project deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
Support project teams in tracking milestones, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate communication between stakeholders and ensure effective information flow across project teams.
Assist in budget tracking, resource coordination, and reporting on project status and variances.
