About the position

Company based on the West Rand seeks a Junior Personal Assistant who is immediately available to join their dynamic team
Minimum Requirements
Immediately available (not currently working) 
Matric 
Drivers license and own transport 
Reside on the West Rand  
Minimum one year experience in an Assistant role 

Duties 

• Manage the executive’s daily schedule, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and diary updates.
• Handle personal administrative tasks such as medical aid matters and documentation.
• Coordinate office lunches and assist with general office hospitality needs.
• Oversee stationery orders, parking ticket validations, and courier arrangements.
• Organize business and personal travel, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transport logistics.
• Arrange airport transfers and ensure all travel itineraries run smoothly.
• Support with ad hoc personal and professional tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers on behalf of the executive.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
